I've looked at Flickr and there are lots of WordPress plugins for it but I'm not sure that I want to go that route. I laughed when you mentioned the Amway conventions! I am actually looking for a product to manage pictures as well. I have tried gallery and I don't like it. It's complicated and ugly. Flickr is an alright solution. I think I am leaning towards more integration with Wordpress. We need to get a dialog going on this so that we can work together to make less work for both of us.
